We were tasked with increasing awareness of Newcastle Racecourse’s brand, boosting their following across social media platforms and, ultimately, increasing ticket sales for race days.
Taking control of all aspects of their social media, we created shareable, engaging content for their existing followers and target customers.
The response was excellent and over 15 months we grew their total social media following by an impressive 50.43%, from 24,430 to 36,750. Their Facebook following increased by 65%, Twitter by 32%, and Instagram by a staggering 244%, helping to increase sales year on year.
